- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making under uncertainty
- Curate and synthesize global foresight data into actionable insights for product development
- Champion exponential thinking across the organization to foster a future-ready culture

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and exponential technologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visual communication mastery
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) or innovation methodologies
