Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and global megatrends to map 5-10 year innovation horizons
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for market disruption and opportunity capture
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state innovation priorities
- Produce foresight reports and white papers positioning our company as industry thought leader
- Design and validate pilot programs for emerging technologies with ROI projections
- Establish KPIs to track innovation maturity and competitive positioning evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record translating trend analysis into commercial innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or strategic foresight projects
