Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and strategic whitepapers
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry forums
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CIP)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futurist projects for Fortune 500 companies
