Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Analyze market disruption vectors and competitive implications of emerging tech trends
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable strategies
- Present technology impact assessments to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years in innovation strategy
- Proven track record in identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two disruptive fields (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL) preferred
