Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives

- Produce forward-looking reports and executive briefings on emerging opportunities and threats
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track progress against 2026 milestones

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives or future-shaping projects
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
