- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Integrate foresight methodologies into strategic planning cycles and product development

- Mentor junior strategists and champion foresight literacy across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
