- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead client workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing business models
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptors
- Build cross-functional stakeholder alignment around future-vision initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of publishing future-oriented research
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
