Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with Delphi methodology and technology roadmapping
