Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify breakthrough technologies and market opportunities for 2026
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Design and launch pilot projects for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize futuristic concepts and accelerate time-to-market
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and competitive landscapes for strategic advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
