Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 innovation roadmap aligning with market forecasts and technological shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic concepts (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and startups to scout cutting-edge technologies
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive internal innovation programs including hackathons and incubation initiatives
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical impacts on future business landscapes
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences and external partners
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Futurist Studies required
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology forecasting
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across global locations
