Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead R&D initiatives in synthetic biology and neuro-quantum interfaces
- Secure $50M+ in grants from DARPA, NSF, and private innovation funds
- Develop patent portfolios for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Coordinate with UN Technology Futures Council on global ethical standards
- Mentor a team of 15+ PhD-level researchers and futurists
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computational Biology, or equivalent field
- 10+ years leading R&D at companies with $1B+ valuations
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from lab to market
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and responsible innovation
- Fluency in at least 3 programming languages (Python, Rust, Haskell)
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes in 15+ jurisdictions
