Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Identify emerging market disruptions and translate opportunities into strategic initiatives
- Lead 'Future Scenario Planning' workshops for C-suite executives and key partners
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices within product development lifecycles
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Mentor next-generation futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech focus)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies or equivalent preferred
