- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align future visions with current business objectives
- Present foresight findings to global stakeholders at industry summits
- Mentor next-gen futurists in predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in futurist roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Assessment preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications
