Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Innovation Ecosystem Map identifying breakthrough technologies and societal inflection points
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Produce quarterly Horizon Reports on quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Curate the annual Future Forward Summit featuring Nobel laureates and Silicon Valley pioneers
- Design and deploy AI-driven trend detection systems for real-time market intelligence
- Build a global network of futurists, scientists, and policy influencers for strategic insights
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record developing future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech governance, climate tech, or metaverse architecture
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier industry publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant STEM field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to executive stakeholders
