- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and emerging tech startups
- Present quarterly foresight briefings to C-suite and board members on emerging paradigm shifts
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
- Mentor next-generation talent through Horizon's Future Architects program
- Author industry-defining whitepapers on 2026 technology ethics and governance frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurism (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- 10+ years leading high-impact R&D initiatives at FAANG-tier organizations
- Published thought leadership in Nature, IEEE, or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Proven track record scaling technologies from concept to billion-dollar impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to visualize complex tech interdependencies
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
