Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence
- Lead cross-functional sprints prototyping next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Partner with governments on policy frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive threats/opportunities
- Mentor 'Future Architects' program for emerging talent
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record launching products with 3+ year market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or innovation
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
