Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop 5-year technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations
- Identify and validate emerging trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical implementation of disruptive technologies
- Partner with global R&D labs to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish industry-wide standards for responsible innovation adoption
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough innovations (patents required)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, neurotech, fusion energy, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier industry publications
- Experience with global policy frameworks for emerging technologies (UN, OECD, etc.)
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
