Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate disruptive startups
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress toward 2026 milestones
- Build an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Expertise in trend forecasting, scenario planning, and horizon scanning

- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
