- Design and execute pilot programs for breakthrough concepts with $5M+ innovation budgets
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and industry consortium partners
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and acquire next-gen startups
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or R&D leadership within tech/biotech sectors
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis (Foresight Institute certification preferred)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, or carbon capture technologies
- Executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent field
