Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing innovation roadmaps for 2026+ technologies
- Identify and assess emerging trends in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Design and launch pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with real-world applications
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
