Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies
- Lead research initiatives in quantum-AI convergence and sustainable tech
- Partner with product teams to commercialize futuristic innovations
- Present strategic vision to investors and industry stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and R&D resources
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape
- Mentor next-gen innovators in our Future Lab incubator
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or strategic foresight leadership
- Advanced degree in Physics, Computer Science, or Futuristics
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI prototypes to market
- Expertise in sustainable technology lifecycle management
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or emerging tech
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ futuristic product launches
