- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-concept solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and policy think tanks
- Present trend analyses and opportunity roadmaps to executive stakeholders
- Curate and manage a portfolio of moonshot innovation projects
- Mentor talent in futures thinking methodologies and speculative design
- Drive adoption of ethical innovation frameworks in product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience publishing foresight reports or thought leadership content
- Strong background in developing ethical innovation frameworks
