- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget for experimental projects
- Author white papers on societal impacts of 2026 technological inflection points
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation leadership with proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neural interfaces, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Experience securing government grants for experimental R&D projects
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-relevant innovations (patents, prototypes, or frameworks)
