- Mentor a team of 12 futurists, engineers, and design strategists
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 12+ years in tech innovation with proven 2020s disruption track record
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies or future scenarios
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and risk assessment frameworks
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, generative AI, and climate tech ecosystems
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite boards and investors
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized future-tech innovations
