Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market potential
- Translate complex technical concepts into executive-level strategic recommendations
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for emerging domains
- Mentor innovation fellows and build future-focused talent pipelines
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 10+ years tech leadership
- Proven track record in scaling R&D initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neural tech, or AGI
- Executive-level strategic planning experience in Fortune 500 or hyper-growth tech
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology applications
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
