- Deliver trend briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and innovation accelerators
- Author thought leadership publications in top-tier tech journals
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive analytics methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record forecasting market shifts (3+ validated predictions)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field
- Published author in technology foresight publications
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning frameworks
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems
- Proficiency in Python for trend modeling and data visualization
