Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-AI hybrid ecosystems for 2026 deployment scenarios
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact potential
- Architect sustainable tech infrastructure compatible with post-carbon economies
- Develop strategic roadmaps for neuro-quantum interface applications
- Coordinate with global policy bodies on technology ethics standards
- Present future-state visions to C-suite executives and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on future technologies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and post-silicon computing paradigms
- Proven track record of influencing global tech policy decisions
- Deep understanding of climate-tech convergence frameworks
