- Collaborate with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future demands
- Monitor global signals and early-warning systems for disruptive changes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or trend analysis
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech trend forecasting
- Exceptional data synthesis and visual storytelling abilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
