Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps aligning with global sustainability goals and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Advise C-suite on emerging tech investments and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and World Economic Forum
- Author white papers on technology's role in solving climate change and inequality
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our FutureTech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles (e.g., Futurist, Innovation Director)
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (US/EU/Asia)
- Published thought leadership in Nature, IEEE, or equivalent tier publications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q# preferred)
- Security clearance (active or ability to obtain)
