Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) with 2026 market impact potential
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present compelling technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish frameworks for ethical implementation and risk mitigation of next-gen technologies
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal tech incubation programs
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies or products
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, neurotech, decentralized systems)

- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CIMP) preferred
