Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated AI, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and commercial teams
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for acquisition/partnership opportunities
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI in emerging markets
- Represent company at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, Davos)
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, neurotech, climate AI)
- Experience securing $50M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-relevant technology implementations
