Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026-era technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum, and Web3 paradigms
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, sentient AI, etc.) for commercial viability
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and investor boards
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Mentor junior engineers in futuristic technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or neuromorphic systems
- Published research or patents in future-forward tech domains
- Experience scaling R&D teams from concept to commercial deployment
- Deep understanding of technological singularity implications
- Track record of securing $1M+ in tech innovation grants
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
