Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap spanning AI integration, quantum computing applications, and decentralized infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype and launch future-ready solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive threats in the 2026 tech landscape
- Architect scalable systems with zero-trust security frameworks for quantum-resistant applications
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech strategy or R&D management
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing principles, and blockchain architectures
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale future-tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and predict technology adoption curves
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certifications in AWS/GCP/Azure quantum services or equivalent cloud platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating work on future-focused projects with measurable impact
