Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps targeting 2026 and 2030 innovation milestones
- Lead quantum computing and AI ethics research initiatives with $20M+ annual R&D budget
- Manage cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, researchers, and product strategists
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough sustainable technologies
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to deploy future-ready solutions
- Present at global tech summits including CES and Web Summit
- Mentor junior talent through our 'Future Leaders' program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AI ethics implementation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ engineers
- Strong understanding of Web3, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Exceptional strategic planning with 5+ year vision execution
- Certified in AWS Quantum Technologies or equivalent
