Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record developing patent-pending AI/quantum technologies
- Deep expertise in future-tech forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Published author in Nature or IEEE journals on emerging technologies
