Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, and climate-positive AI systems
- Lead moonshot projects targeting carbon-negative manufacturing and neural network compression breakthroughs
- Partner with UN Sustainable Development Goals team to align innovations with global 2030 targets
- Direct $50M R&D budget for prototyping 6G infrastructure and decentralized identity ecosystems
- Mentor next-gen engineers in ethical AI design and responsible innovation frameworks
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 5-year+ product roadmap execution
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or climate tech AI
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier on future-facing technologies
- Experience securing $20M+ in government/private innovation grants
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering with 3+ patents
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7001 standards
