Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum AI integration, blockchain ecosystems, and climate-tech solutions
- Identify and validate emerging technologies through patent analysis and startup scouting
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Drive innovation sprints with 20+ engineers and designers to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on tech's 5-year horizon
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven experience scaling quantum/AI initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published research or patents in disruptive technology domains
- Exceptional strategic planning with $50M+ budget management
- Global network within DARPA, IEEE, or top-tier innovation labs
