Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ adoption cycles, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies and assess market readiness
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate strategic vision into actionable technical blueprints
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology maturity
- Build strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present executive briefings on technology trends and competitive disruption risks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven track record in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or biotech convergence
- Certified in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
- Experience developing enterprise-wide digital transformation roadmaps
- Strong financial acumen to model technology investment scenarios
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
