Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints with MIT and Stanford partnerships
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biometric AI
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants and venture partnerships
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech incubation programs
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Proven track record of launching billion-dollar tech products
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SCI) or equivalent background
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Arabic preferred
