Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for quantum-resistant infrastructure
- Conduct horizon-scanning for emerging tech (neuromorphic computing, bio-integrated systems)
- Architect ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Partner with C-suite to position company as 2026 thought leader
- Drive R&D investments in next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Produce annual Technology Impact Forecast for board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized networks
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $50M+ impact
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (NIST, ISO 27005:2026)
- Portfolio of deployed systems solving 2020+ challenges
