Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech verticals
- Mentor junior team members on future technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented tech initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
