Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and neurotech integration
- Partner with C-suite to align tech innovation with business growth objectives
- Manage $10M+ R&D portfolio for emerging technology adoption
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our FutureTech Fellowship program
- Analyze geopolitical tech trends and their market implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record launching quantum/AI initiatives at scale
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech landscape (neurotech, quantum internet, etc.)
- Certified in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic a significant advantage
