Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, AGI) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen digital experiences and human-AI collaboration models
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation in autonomous systems
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire transformative startups in Web3 and spatial computing
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and lead a specialized Future Tech Council composed of industry pioneers and academic researchers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 10+ years in strategic technology planning
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and horizon scanning for 2026+ trends
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience influencing executive leadership
- Published thought leadership in technology ethics or digital transformation (IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Certification in emerging tech domains (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neurotech) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
