- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future tech concepts with rapid iteration cycles
- Drive cross-functional alignment between engineering, product, and business teams
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting tech adoption and advise mitigation strategies
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with compelling data narratives
- Establish KPIs for tech innovation ROI and track adoption metrics across sectors
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record executing tech roadmaps with measurable market impact
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, quantum export controls)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures forecasting methodologies
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries (healthcare/finance)
- Strong network within tech policy and venture capital communities
- Certification in quantum computing fundamentals (IBM/Qiskit preferred)
