- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for R&D initiatives targeting 2026 market readiness
- Drive ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record launching products with 3+ year development cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Future Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies (FDA, FCC, IEEE standards)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ in rapid-growth environments
- Deep understanding of Web3.0/4.0 architectures and decentralized systems
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ technologies deployed with 5+ year market impact
