- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech ethics
- Patent 3+ breakthrough technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in tech strategy at FAANG/NASA level
- Published research in Nature/Science (2020-2023)
- Quantum computing certification (IBM/Qiskit or Google)
- Security clearance preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin/Japanese for APAC partnerships
