Responsibilities

- Roadmap Development: Design and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term vision and business objectives.
- Innovation Incubation: Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies (e.g., AI agents, spatial computing) to assess viability for enterprise integration.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive leadership to communicate complex future trends in an accessible, compelling manner.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor technology strategies and global tech hubs to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
- Feasibility Studies: Lead internal workshops to assess the technical and financial feasibility of futuristic projects before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic, technical, or consulting role within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing high-level technology initiatives.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging tech trends, specifically focusing on the era of 2026 (e.g., AI evolution, Web3, Sustainability Tech).
