Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven future-tech innovation track record
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech domains
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (post-2020)
- Experience scaling teams for rapid prototyping in agile environments
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
