Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, resilient systems capable of handling next-gen AI workloads.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Advanced IoT, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to modern, sustainable cloud-native architectures.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives that prioritize security, scalability, and user experience.
- Establish best practices for data governance and AI ethics within the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or strategic technology roles.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast technological trends and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
