Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technology vision for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- System Architecture: Oversee the design and implementation of cutting-edge systems, ensuring scalability and high availability.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing) and integrate them into our product ecosystem.
- Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for major initiatives.
- Crisis Management: Lead technical response efforts for critical incidents and system outages.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or IT management.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
